Small fixes, and everyone shows up in standings

Group standings used to only show members once they had a score for the day, so a teammate who hadn't played yet simply vanished from the list. Every current member now appears in Today's standings: finished players are ranked by score, players still mid-puzzle show as "Playing", and everyone else shows as "Not played".

We also added a member detail page - tap anyone in the standings list to see their name and today's status. Full stats, word history, and your private scorecard stay just that: private.

Switching between Practice and Daily mode - or generating a new practice puzzle - now feels instant, and it's safe to do quickly and repeatedly. A request from a mode you've already left can no longer land late and show you the wrong puzzle.

We also cleaned up a couple of loading-state quirks: the practice-loading skeleton no longer overlaps its own text, and switching modes no longer shifts the whole board toward the middle of the screen while it loads.

Fixed a batch of small Groups layout issues: buttons that didn't line up, a group name that could overflow its card, back links that didn't match the rest of the site, and header buttons that duplicated the ones already shown on the empty-groups screen. The victory screen's "View standings" button also no longer overflows its box for groups with longer names.

After trying out a few candidate animations, we settled on one letter-tile shuffle animation for Letter Golf. A stray button flicker on the group-create screen is also gone.
